IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE GETTING YOUR EVALUATION FROM FCCPT

Translations for FCCPT must be accompanied by the FCCPT PDF requesting translation, which should contain your Physical Therapy syllabus, diplomas and transcripts. These PDFs contain your FCCPT case number, which is important for evaluators. We must have this PDF before sending the documents, to make proper page reference for evaluators. Also, our translations must be sent with the FCCPT stamped documents. You may send the documents for pricing before requesting FCCPT services. Please note that sometimes the syllabus and transcript you have are different from the document that was sent to FCCPT, in terms of format and content.  We are required to send the certified translations direcly to FCCPT by email, but you will get a copy of the translations.  In all cases, we work on a first-come, first-serve basis.
